This contest is open to all residents of the
continental US except for website affiliates, advertisers, and members of their immediate
families. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing.
Only one entry per household. If it is determined that a person has submitted more than
one entry using different addresses or if we receive more than one entry per household,
all entries for that person/household will be disqualified.
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM, Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The drawing will be
held the afternoon of December 1, 2011 and will be officiated by Kym Rohlf, the President
and National Director of Bobby Sox Softball Headquarters in Buena Park, California.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide a notorized copy of their Drivers License or
State ID card. The name and address must match the name and address on the entry form.
Expired ID's or Licenses will not be accepted. Passports, School ID's etc. are not
acceptable. Winner must have a valid Drivers License or State ID card to claim the prize.
No exceptions.
Winner will be notified via email sent to the address on their entry form. We will also
attempt to contact the winner at the daytime and evening phone numbers listed. If winner
is not available to answer the phone, a message will be left on their voicemail or with
the person answering the phone. Winner will have 48 hours to respond to our email or
return our phone call to claim the prize. If winner fails to respond within 48 hours,
another winner will be selected. If winner is unable to provide a notorized copy of
his/her valid Drivers License or State ID card within 7 days, another winner will be
selected.
Winner agrees to allow his/her name, city, state, and likeness to be used by The Art Man
website for future promotions and advertising.
Winner agrees to pay the actual packing and shipping fees before prize is shipped. Winner
will be allowed to ship the prize to anyone, anywhere within the continental United
States.
Your privacy is always important to us.. we will never share any of the information listed
on your entry form with others.
